Pee Wee Athletes, Parents and Supporters:

The Pee Wee Board is happy to announce that online sign-ups for the 2021 Spring Sports of Baseball, Softball and Boy's and Girl's lacrosse will be opening Friday March 26th and will run through April 9th.  We are still working out the official start date of practices but will announce dates shortly.

Additionally, recognizing that there is the potential for needing to be flexible due to COVID restrictions, etc., we are reducing the 2021 spring sport registration fees to $35 per player for all sports during this registration.  If there is an additional need for a scholarship, please reach out to the individual sport commissioners for additional assistance.

Lastly, the ability to offer these sports is the result of significant coordination between Pee Wee and many other parties.  Pee Wee has developed and will be posting our COVID Return to Play policy on Friday as well.  All coaches, players, volunteers and spectators must do their part to comply with the policy so we can continue to offer our youth recreational activities.  The policy does include a daily health assessment, mask requirements and spectator limits in following NYS Guidelines.

Should you have any questions after reviewing the policy, please direct them to your sport commissioner or reach out directly to me.  We are looking forward to getting our activities up and going again and have greatly missed the sound of kids playing and competing over the last 12 months.

Canton Pee Wee House League Soccer Registration has opened!

Registration for the Canton Pee Wee Fall House Soccer program for children entering Pre-k (4yr old prior to Dec 1, 2021) through 6th grade is now open. The 2021 season start date is August 23. The season will run through September 24. The cost is $35 per child. Parents are asked to register online at https://cpwi.sportssignup.com. The Fall Soccer Registration window will be open from now until JULY 17. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Two coaches are needed for each team at every level. Volunteers are needed to assist with program events.  Team sponsors are appreciated for $125 per team. Please contact Doreen Francey at dmcoyne@yahoo.com if you are able to assist with coaching a team, sponsorship, as well as with any questions.  

The 2021 House League Soccer season will run from August 23-September 24, 2021. Grades PreK-2 practice on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:15-7:15pm, on the Canton Central School athletic fields. Grades 3-6 practice on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 6-7:30pm on the Canton Central school athletic fields behind Canton Central School. Players are required to have shin guards at every level and cheats are recommended in grades 3-6. 

Due to ongoing COVID restrictions use of masks will be required at all times by players, coaches and spectators at this time.

Our ability to keep playing is highly dependent on everyone's efforts to follow the COVID guidelines of NYS, Canton Pee Wee and our host facilities.
